๐ 1. Opening Duties
Open the door
Turn on the lights & check if AC is working
Check the CCTV is working
Log in to Foodics
Clock in and open with the till amount
Check the previous night's handover (pre-orders, dispatches)
Verify petty cash amount and update group immediately if mismatch
๐ฆ 2. Stock & Expiry Management
Expiry Check / Red Bin Process - Remove expired items and dispose in red bin
Date Verification - Check all items for expiry and manufacturing dates
Stock Matching - Verify closing stock, available stock, and received stock match
Stock Arrangement - Arrange using FIFO (First In, First Out)
Calibrate and verify temperature accuracy of stock
Keep proper stock records
๐ 3. Orders & Display
Check and update available/unavailable items in Talabat
Check and update available/unavailable items in Chatfood
Ensure display is neat, clean, and attractive with all new items
๐งน 4. Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean all surfaces using proper chemicals and equipment
Mark completion in the cleaning checklist
Ensure chiller temperature is within required range and record in log
Keep washing area clean and dry
Clean and maintain display area
โ General Responsibilities
Record IN and OUT times in the system
Complete handover/takeover including cash, petty cash, stock, and pre-orders
Follow FIFO practice (First In, First Out)
Punch every order correctly in Foodics at time of sale
Collect and record customer contact numbers in Foodics
Maintain cleanliness throughout shift (Clean as You Go)
Suggest additional products to every customer
Wash hands properly every hour
Update group if any item is sold out
Identify and record low stock items
Post delivery details in group
โ General Responsibilities

๐ Sales & Reporting
Generate Z-report by 11:50 PM (ensure card amounts match total sales)
Post pictures of petty cash and sales cash in the group
Place all card slips in envelope
Place all Talabat slips in envelope
Place Z-report (card matching) in envelope
Place cash closing paper and sales cash in envelope
Write name, signature, and date on envelope (Format: Closed by โ [Name])
Remove expired items and complete Red Bin Process
Put all devices on charge
Close with till amount and clock out
Check the AC, Turn off lights
Lock the door properly before leaving
